When customers ask about the maximum number of pieces we can handle at our facility, they're often surprised when we answer, "There's no such thing as maximum." At J&M, we don't put limitations on the size of the project because we're capable of handling jobs of any size.
One reason these large runs are possible is because of our state-of-the-art robotics equipment. J&M has invested several million dollars to create robotic cells, which feature robots with the capability of loading and unloading parts up to 100 pounds. Our CNC lathes can swing parts up to 22" in diameter or as small as .250" in diameter, and our vertical machining centers have 20" by 70" tables for extra long parts. Our horizontal machining centers have 500mm pallets with 40 + 50 taper spindles.
All in all, J&M's robotics technology offers customers superb craftsmanship and quality, lower cost and faster turn-around time. |
